Me Ginzburg is the founder of the Ginzburg Legal law group. He handles a wide array of criminal cases, ranging from drug-related offenses, assault charges, cybercrime complex fraud and impaired driving. He regularly proceeds in trials and does not shy away from the rigors of litigation. Over the years, Me Ginzburg has developed significant experience with first-time offenders (people with no prior criminal convictions). Often these individuals have careers, families, life goals, and could be very negatively impacted from having a criminal record. Throughout his career and his studies, Me Ginzburg has gone on to win a number of awards for exceptional oral argumentation, most notably winning the International Oratory Competition of the American Bar Association, in Louisville, Kentucky. He also won 2nd overall place at the George A. Gale Cup moot in Toronto, Canada’s foremost national mooting competition.

Me Bandou specializes in the fields of criminal and penal law, as well as immigration law. He has worked on a vast array of files, such as assault, impaired driving and complex fraud cases. He is known for his high degree of professionalism, and for being able to connect with his clientele with empathy and understanding. His calm and patient disposition, as well as his analylitcal and meticulous approach, are perfectly suited for the rigors of the legal practice.
Ms Anania obtained her diploma of college studies in accelerated paralegal technology from Osullivan College, along with a bachelor’s degree from Concordia in Political science. Throughout her career she has developed an expertise in criminal law as well as in civil and commercial litigation. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals and speaks three languages.
As a paralegal, Ms. Anania assists our lawyers in hearings, examination and trial preparation. Some of her tasks include conducting fact-finding and analytical research, ensuring the preparation and transmission of undertakings and evidence, and preparing various draft proceedings. She also conducts case law, legislation and doctrine research.
